Mobile Personal User Mailbox is the basic e-service of the e-Citizens system.

Through Your Personal User Mailbox, if you have a valid OIB, you can securely access and manage messages sent to you by government bodies using the appropriate credential. Access with electronic identification credentials ensures that only a specific registered user can log in to the Personal User Mailbox. To use the application, one of the credentials supported by the NIAS system (credentials issued in the Republic of Croatia) is required.

SECURITY:

Using the mMailbox application is completely secure. The mMailbox is protected by a PIN known only to the user. The PIN is not stored on the phone, ensuring the confidentiality of PIN data. In case of phone theft and attempts to access the mobile application of the Personal User Mailbox, entering incorrect data during login blocks user authorization, preventing unwanted access.
